Registration is required to place an order, meaning that you will be required to have an account with us to place and order and then login. Each email address is only allowed one customer account.

We’re not bots. With the advances in technology, bots tend to have a mind of their own. In the unlikely event that this happens or due to a genuine mistake on our part, you may find that your order is unsuccessful. As frustrating as this may be, we will do our utmost to assist in trying to resolve this error, and get you back your way to purchasing your desired products from us.

You will be required to pay the sum total of the amount at checkout as well as the delivery fee, provided that the order is accepted successfully. As a trade safety precaution, we thus will only accept credit cards in the name of the customer placing the order. Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive a purchase confirmation email within 24 hours, and then a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours, once your package has been successfully dispatched. This is to alert you of the date that you are due to receive your package.

If, in our reasonable opinion, a customer acts against the Terms and Conditions set out, we do reserve the right to cancel or suspend their involvement in a sale. This includes non-payment of ordered products or fraudulent use of our website and/ or sales. We also reserve the right to bar certain email addresses from accessing our website to place orders. We will not accept any order from any customer who we have cancelled or suspended.

Since the majority of our products are outsourced, there may be a time where we run short or out of stock of specific items. Don’t worry though, we’ve got your best interests at heart. We will thus offer you ban alternative, a refund, or the option to pre-order with the required deposit. Whichever you prefer.

​We have partnered with Payfast for processing of payments of all our orders, its safe secure and convenient and as a added bonus you can pay usingVisa, Mastercard or EFT.

Please note that this will though be attended to at our soonest availability and thus might not be outside of office hours.

Please note that the prices on our website are in South African Rands, and are thus also inclusive of VAT.

At White Rabbit Republik, we believe that you have the right to choose between the refund or exchange, in the unlikely event that our goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from the samples shown to you, or do not do what they are supposed to do. Please retain your invoice for proof of purchase, and contact as at returns@whiterabbitrepublik.com

Kindly note that in the unlikely event that you feel the need to return your order to us, the products will have to be returned within 21 days of receiving the products, and will have to be returned in the same order that you have received them in. Thus products will have to be packaged appropriately for return, with a detailed note as to why the order has been returned. We will thus refund you within 7 days, provided that the reasons for your return are in good standing and agreed upon by us, and you the consumer. If you are cancelling the order because you have changed your mind, please note that you will have to pay the courier fee of returning the goods (if the goods have already been dispatched). If the products that you have received, are damaged or faulty, or do not match the description given at the time of the sale of those products, you will be offered an exchange or full refund, after we have received the returned products. In the event of damaged or faulty products, or products that do not correspond to the description of the products at the time of sale, we will pay the additional courier fees for the products. Where does White Rabbit Republik Ship to?

We ship in and around South Africa, as well as internationally, thus certain orders would require a shipping cost confirmation quote, before finalizing the order.

Feel free to email returns@whiterabbitrepublik.com with your product concerns, and we will gladly assist in finding a solution to your problem.

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm your order, which will include a tracking number to enable you in tracking your package.

If you are having difficulty placing an order online, or experiencing other problems with the website, email sales@whiterabbitrepublik.com, and we will attend to your problems accordingly.

If you have forgotten your password, click the “forgot my password” link on our site to reset it, and an email will be sent to your registered address.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship samples due to the high volume of requests that we receive.

White Rabbit Republik, is only able to sponsor products, gifts, or giveaways to our current partners or individuals via our social media channels, as we do not have the capacity to fund sponsorships or personal fundraising initiatives.
